2026 Travel Division Timing
12/06/25-02/15/26 = Early Start Spring 2026
02/16/26-07/12/26 = Spring 2026 Season
07/13/26-07/17/26 = Break
07/18/26-07/31/26 = Early Start Fall 2026
08/01/26-10/31/26 = Fall 2026 Season
11/01/26-11/22/26 = Late End Fall 2026
11/23/26-12/04/26 = Break
12/05/26/-TBD = Early Start Spring 2027

Season / Registration Info

1. Head coaches or team representative can choose between five options for the season.

2. Along with registration division fees, teams are responsible for applicable non-resident fees for 4 of the 5 options. PKG E does not require non-resident fees but is limited to the usage amount.
3. The non-resident fees are transferred to the city of Brentwood Park & Rec Department in August. Click 
here for more info. You are welcome to register regardless of where your players live. 

Field Usage & Selection Approach

2. There are five periods of field usage in the fall:

3. Once the rec division is done for the fall season, most travel team usage will be limited to Crockett Park. In November, all usage will be limited to Crockett turf unless dirt is requested. 
· 12YO & Younger baseball teams will use Civitan Park and Crockett Park. 
· Softball teams will use Crockett Park. 
· 13YO & Older teams will use Woodland Middle and Granny White Park.

Registration Requirements

1. Create an account, register yourself (not your player), to one of the options. Click

2. Complete the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 roster form (click 
here). Return in excel form to us at brentwoodballclub@gmail.com.
3. After we add the applicable non-resident fees to your online account, log back in and make your payment. 
4. Based on registration choice, complete the 
TRV Practice Submission.xlsx file to identify your usage requests. All usage requests must be submitted by July 3rd. After that date, your info will be assigned on July 18th, our second version of our schedule.
5. All coaches must complete four online tracking classes every three years. The classes are completed through NFHS. Notes: Once a class is completed, you would send the certificate to bbccoachdocs@gmail.com. For a roster of completions to date, click here (link pending). Usage will not be assigned until all classes are complete.

Registration Payment Options

· Registration and payment only occur through our website. Payment may be made by e-check or by credit card. Both add a $1.50 service fee. Our previous web host charged $3.00.
· If choosing to pay by credit card, a 3.25% processing fee will apply. Credit card options are Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do not take American Express.
